FEC Approves N8.6bn for Construction of Vaccine laboratory
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved N8.6 billion for the building of vaccination laboratory, text kits for HIV/AIDS, and medical devices.
Health minister Dr Osagie Ehanire revealed the results of the council convened by President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja on Wednesday, in which he informed the correspondents of the State House Theater.
According to the minister, N1.2 billion for laboratory equipment, while N4.3 billion would be utilized for provision of texts kits for HIV/AIDS and Syphilis and N3.06 billion for establishment of the vaccination laboratory.
