Themes of love and loss center heavily in Dika Ofoma’s new short film, “The Way Things Happen,” now showing on YouTube. The twenty-minute film gives viewers on a front row experience as a young woman attempts to cope with the death of her partner.
Dika posted on his Twitter page, “I spent most of last year mourning loved ones, writing and making this film was one of the ways I processed my grief,”
Echelon Mbadiwe, Benjamin ‘Maazi,’ and Ozioma Ejiofor star in the film. The project was directed by Dika Ofoma and Ugochukwu Onuoha of O.U.M Studios.
