Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021.

Kim Kardashian, a reality television celebrity in the United States, has formally divorced from her ex-husband Kanye West.
On March 2, 2022, Superior Court Judge Steve Cochran in Los Angeles pronounced the mother of four to be single.
According to PageSix, Kim was present in court via video conference call.
The court questioned her on oath about her desire to revert to her previous name.
‘Yes,’ she said in response.
When the court inquired if the marriage had broken down, Kardashian again said “Yes.”
“After the judge read the questions and told her she now has her single status back, Kim smiled,” PageSix also reported.
Kanye’s lawyer stated that his client was unconcerned with the name change but was more concerned about the assets and interest.
Kim’s lawyer protested to the freezing of her client’s trust, claiming that the reality TV entrepreneur uses it for her company. In this case, the court ruled with Kardashian’s team.
The news of Kim and Kanye’s divorce was first reported in February 2021.
This happened weeks after rumors of their marriage’s demise surfaced.
North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, are Kim and Kanye’s four children.
