Yul Edochie, a Nollywood actor, has reported the terrible death of his son, Kambilichukwu Edochie, to the Lagos State Police for inquiry.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the force’s Public Relations Officer in Lagos, verified the event in an interview with The Daily Post today, March 31, 2023. The State Criminal Investigation Department will undertake the probe, according to the police.
As of the time of this report, there is no information about the dynamics of the aforementioned inquiry; Pulse will continue to watch the issue and provide updates as they become available.
The 16-year-old child died yesterday, March 30, 2023, after suffering seizures and being taken to Lagos’ Mother and Child Hospital.
May Edochie’s sister informed Vanguard that her brother had been reading all night and prepping for his exam. After his school test, he joined his buddies to play football, which is when the seizures began. According to the report, all attempts by doctors to resuscitate him failed.
Yul and his wife, May, have two children: a son and a daughter.
