President Bola Ahmed Tinubu celebrates his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as she marks her 63rd birthday today.
“Happy 63rd birthday to the love of my life, Oluremi,” Tinubu stated on X (formerly known as Twitter).
“My trusted partner in every venture, and the one special person who has consistently filled my days with joy and laughter over 36 amazing years.
“Today is not only a day to mark another year of your purposeful life, but a beautiful reminder of the journey we have embarked upon together.”
The president expressed that over the years, he and his wife have jointly faced the uncertainties of taking principled but perilous stances against tyranny. He acknowledged that while many might not fully comprehend the sacrifices Senator Oluremi Tinubu made for the Tinubu family during that challenging and dark period, he does and always will.
Tinubu shared reflections on the enduring love between him and Oluremi, highlighting their life journey as a couple. He mentioned experiencing adventure, love, laughter, victories, and overcoming challenges, all while bound together in an unbreakable bond.
Tinubu expressed that the bond between him and the First Lady has grown stronger over time. He thanked her for being a constant source of positivity and brightness in his life, appreciating her kindness, wisdom, and beauty.
He looks forward to more years filled with love and laughter, expressing gratitude for her presence. He also extended birthday wishes, invoking blessings of good health and longevity upon her and recognising her devotion to serving the Lord.
