2021 was a great year for Adekunle Gold.

Innocent Idibia, aka 2Baba, a multi-award-winning Nigerian musician, has praised Adekunle Gold for his “transformation” and “smashing” singles.
The singer took to Instagram to ask whether he was the only one who had noticed Adekunle Gold’s change and hit songs.
He wrote, “I just want to assume that it’s only me that noticed that AG baby smashed the last two years with hits back to back; plus the maddest transformation. Abi I no well?”
Adekunle Gold has had a string of successful singles and collaborations including High (feat. Davido), Sinner (feat. Lucky Daye), Antidote, among many others.
