Production is underway on the Nouah directed biopic.

Shina Rambo’s biopic, produced by Ramsey Nouah and Play Network Studios, and Ramsey Films, has debuted a first-look trailer.
The most lethal robbery committed by Rambo took place on the third mainland bridge, and the new trailer shows him as an evangelist who has made a deal with the devil.
The former drug lord participated in the teaser, “I am Pastor Oluwanifise Matthew Akoko formerly known as Shina Rambo. I made a covenant with the devil,”

After having a long talk with the former bandit, Play Network CEO Charles Okpaleke initially revealed the biopic in 2021 via an Instagram post announcing the purchase of the intellectual property rights.
“I sat down for 3 hours and listened to a former bandit and armed robbery kingpin who terrorized Southwest Nigeria in the 90s. Though he’s now a pastor preaching the gospel, his story was intriguing. I decided to acquire the Intellectual property rights to his story and make it an action-packed feature film. His name is Shina Rambo,” Okpaleke wrote.
Although specifics of the project have not yet been verified, the teaser indicates that Nouah will direct and Chris Odeh will serve as producer.
