Clan Irin has been spared eviction for the second night in a row thanks to their victory in the Third Eye Task.
By Omotayo Olutekunbi
At the Ring of Ultimate Warriors, the task was completed. Each team split into two groups, with three clan members using a wheelbarrow to navigate the maze. The third eye, who sits in the wheelbarrow, will guide the other two blindfolded members pushing the wheelbarrow. They’ll walk through the maze, picking up puzzle bags along the way, and at the end, the remaining members will put the puzzle pieces together to spell out the word “craft beer.”
The task proved to be too much for them to handle as a group. The clans took a long time to figure out how to get out of the maze. Clan Iroko, along with Yankari, had to restart three times due to rule violations. Clan Irin moved at a slow but steady pace as their third eye, Mfon Esin, guided his teammates through the maze. Clan Amo had problems as well, as their third eye Omoya didn’t seem to be able to lead his teammates well.
Clan Irin was the first to complete their task, making their way to their teammates and completing the puzzle in record time. Despite having to restart the maze three times, Clan Iroko came in second. Clan Amo came in third, and a member of the clan will be evicted tonight at the talking drum.
