Wizkid, the Nigerian superstar singer, has revealed the title and release date of his next album. Big Wiz, as he is affectionately known, promised his fans that he would not keep them waiting for long before releasing his new album.
While commemorating the one-year anniversary of his previous album, Made In Lagos, the Grammy winner took to his verified Instagram page to announce the album’s title: “More Love, Less Ego.”
In the caption section of a photo of his Made In Lagos album cover, the singer wrote: “1 year already!! Thank you for riding with me. I’m just very grateful for all the love and blessings. Promised not to make you wait too long for the next one. “More Love Less Ego” dropping on the last day of tour! I love you!”
The album, Made In Lagos, has been breaking records all over the world since its release last year. For example, Wizkid’s smash hit single “Essence” reached a new peak of No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 on October 11, 2021.
Wizkid’s groundbreaking single, ‘Essence,’ featuring Tems, became the most searched song on the music search platform, Shazam, on August 31, 2021.
