The Gutsy Experience is all about connecting women and igniting their inner “Gutsy” spirit! One highlight of the program is the panel discussion titled “The Woman, Her Career, and Clarity.” Here, a few of these incredibly accomplished women who have already blazed their own trails will be sharing their stories to inspire the younger generation to embrace intentional growth.
Jazmine Naza Onyia:
Jazmine Naza Onyia is a media powerhouse like no other. With her bold presence in the digital marketing, event planning, and PR space, she has established herself as a force to be reckoned with as the founder and CEO of the thriving Nazmine Media company.
For over a decade, Jazmine has navigated the landscape of the media industry with finesse and innovation. Her ability to forge influential partnerships with renowned brands like Guinness Nigeria, Maggi, Betnija, and more, is a testament to her exceptional skills and unwavering determination.
A true force to be reckoned with, Oby Okeke has carved her path in the business world, particularly in the Auto industry, being the CEO and co-founder of AutoEase Services, one of the leading Auto Body Workshops in the south Eastern part of Nigeria.
With an unwavering commitment to the betterment of society, she stands out as a visionary trailblazer who has actively transformed the lives of countless individuals. From spearheading initiatives that have empowered over 300 youths in Enugu State with the invaluable expertise demanded by the Auto Refurbishment Industry, to creating the revolutionary AutoEase Junior Academy, her mission is crystal clear: to nurture and empower young minds, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed in the fiercely competitive global marketplace.
Oby Okeke, with her philanthropic mindset, recognizes the importance of empowering women who have aspirations and also wish to dare. She believes that there is enough space in the sky for everyone to thrive, which is why she established the “Empowered Woman Foundation” (EWF). The foundation aims to empower and inspire more women to achieve success, break through barriers and create sustainable businesses in the near future. Furthermore, she has collaborated with the USADF to provide training and mentoring to women in the Auto Refurbishment Industry.
Oby Okeke’s educational background lies in Economics, Marketing, and Project Management, and she has a professional history in banking. She is an alumna of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs and the International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP).
Ezzim Victoria, Initially pursuing a degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Management and Technology in Enugu, Ezzim Victoria’s path took a turn towards establishing herself as an indomitable force in the beauty industry. Prior to diving headfirst into her business passion, she honed her skills in a managerial position at Pure Sound Visual Tech and served as a sales representative for Computer TroubleShooters, an IT firm.
Ezzim Victoria’s journey towards her own studio, Asaaofficial (formerly known as Paints and Brushes), began with her professional training at Doranne Beauty. She then seized an opportunity as a sales representative for Inglot Cosmetics, swiftly ascending to a supervisory role before ultimately taking the leap to create her own empire.
With an astounding decade and more in the makeup business, Ezzim Victoria’s has raised some of the most successful makeup artists in Enugu. She recently launched a limited edition lip line in collaboration with Voan Beauties, a prominent cosmetic company.
Happiness Amaka Okorie:
Just like pure gold, Happiness has dedicated the majority of her life to refining herself through a continuous pursuit of knowledge and education. Holding a BSc in Management & Accounting from the renowned Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, she then went on to achieve an MBA, solidifying her reputation as a professional of excellence. Happiness holds various professional certifications in fields such as creativity and innovation, leadership excellence in Customer Service, Retail Management, Consultative Selling, and Effective Coaching.
Her profound ambition has earned her widespread recognition as a seasoned professional in Customer Experience Management, boasting an impressive collection of multiple awards. Throughout her illustrious career, which spans a remarkable decade and a half, Happiness has fearlessly pushed boundaries and shattered glass ceilings. Currently, she utilizes her invaluable skills and extensive experience as an Experience Centre Manager at 9Mobile Nigeria, propelling the company to new heights in Nigeria.
But Happiness’s passion extends far beyond her professional endeavors. She is a natural hair enthusiast, channeling her creative abilities as the Creative Director of Fhuzo Hairport Natural Hair Spa in Enugu.
Mrs Chiaku Ekwueme is the CEO of K’ville Events, a leading team of event managers in Enugu, Nigeria that offers a wide range of event and rental services. She is an affiliate marketer with IMMERI Global and is also a founding partner of Grills About Town Coal City. Her flair for solutions has also led her to start up a natural skincare line, SKINCODE; a gift from nature to you.
As her name suggests, Chiaku – the God of wealth – has found her calling in empowering individuals to live deliberately and to create meaningful wealth. Her passion is channeled towards fostering financial intelligence in her home state of Enugu, with the ultimate goal of fueling the growth of the SME sector and promoting financial inclusivity in the Eastern part of Nigeria. This noble endeavor has given birth to Enugu Rising, a platform that revolutionizes transparency for SMEs in Enugu.
Also, recognizing the vital importance of financial literacy for the younger generation, she has taken it upon herself to author an insightful journal titled ‘Create Your Table’. This monthly publication serves as a personal guide for individuals to meticulously plan their days, ensuring that every action is driven by intention and purpose.

Justice Nnenna Madu:
Justice Nnenna Madu is an extraordinary beacon of justice for the indigent and women. After graduating from the prestigious Abia State University Uturu, and being called to the bar in 2003, she embarked on an awe-inspiring journey that has left a trail of seamless success. Her unwavering commitment, passion, and discipline have propelled her to incredible heights.
The foundation of her career unveiled a profound motivation, igniting her unwavering dedication to supporting women and the impoverished. Beginning her journey at the Legal Aid Council in Port Harcourt, she later became the program manager/head of the legal department at CIRDDOC, an influential NGO. Through these experiences, Justice Nnenna had the chance to interact with rural women, comprehending their struggles and lending vital support and services.
In 2007, her remarkable ascent led to her appointment as a Magistrate, soon ascending to the esteemed rank of Chief Magistrate. Her determination catapulted her further when she was honored with the prestigious role of Judge of the Customary Court of Appeal in 2019. Justice Nnenna Madu’s trajectory continues to soar as she continues to champion justice and empower women.
Chichi Gift Egbule:
Chichi is the founder and CEO of one of the most flourishing spa brands in the nation – Kamdies Skincare Spa and Cosmetics Stores. Her brand has become a trusted name in the beauty industry with major branches in Delta State and Southeastern Nigeria. Chichi’s relentless pursuit of excellence propels her to launch a skincare product line that is both NAFDAC and dermatologically approved.
Chichi’s journey began at the prestigious BTI Lagos Nigeria, and Beauty Academy in South Africa where she obtained professional Certificates as an Esthetician and distinguished herself as a skin expert.

Odurukwe-Senator Somfee Pamela is a Medical Doctor, and an inspiring Fitness Coach and lifestyle influencer.
Pamela obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and surgery in 2022 at the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Even after entering the medical field, she remains steadfast in pursuing her fitness training career. With an impressive track record of conducting 37 weight loss classes, she has empowered over 500 women, guiding them towards their fitness goals.

With her MBA from University of Nigeria, and her vast knowledge of business development, she has provided excellent coordination for the Santa fair team and successfully provided branding and sales support for over 4000 female business owners who have come in contact with Santa fair.
Mrs Neme runs Upsurge, a mentorship platform for single ladies, where she assists them to develop a passion for building and sustaining enterprises.
She is also the chief creative director at Haney House Couture, a clothing line that mass produces two piece wears for other fashion houses and ready to wear brands and creator of Haney Zobo, an organic beverage drink.
She is currently Head of Administration at Dominion City HQ2.

Nasa Aniagolu is the face behind Linaz Concepts, where she deals in children’s wear and essentials, and Linaz Wash, a company that produces cleaning agents, and hair care essentials.
