Prince Kpokpogri, ex-boyfriend of Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh, has cleared the air on her role in the recent demolition of his house.
During a meeting with journalist Kemi Olunloyo on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, the self-proclaimed activist made this known via his Instagram Live.
“Well, actually I don’t even want to say anything about that girl at all. I don’t want to say anything. But the truth is that she had nothing with the issue,” he said.
Kpokpogri had previously published an Instagram Live video in which his opulent residence was demolished by the Federal Capital Development Agency (FCDA).
In the video, Kpokpogri claims that someone was behind his trauma, claiming that he was not given any notice before to the destruction.
Dikeh mocked him on her Instagram page just hours after he uploaded the video.
“Anyone waiting for me to stop laughing is a complete joker. I can’t and will never sympathise with this man. It’s his cross, he should carry it. This man almost killed me financially, emotionally and otherwise,” she wrote.
“If I had committed suicide after he threatened to expose our explicit tape or even when he released the crying audio, it would have been two weeks of goodbyes and the world would move on. People need to understand that karma exists and I hope it’s not the last until he does the right thing.”
Since their breakup in 2021, Kpokpogri and Dikeh have been at odds.
It was packed with love-up images on social media and the exchange of pricey presents in the early stages of the relationship.
It wasn’t long before the relationship began to show signs of wear and tear.
Counter-accusations, arrests, sex recordings, third-party’stray bullets,’ and even lawsuits ensued.
