The domestic abuse action launched by his girlfriend, Okeoghene Iyomaterie, against Nigerian music singer Sanni Goriola, commonly known as Lil Frosh, has been withdrawn.
In the year 2020, Lil Frosh got arrested for assaulting his girlfriend.
Okeoghene announced the dismissal of her lawsuit against the rapper in a post on her Instagram Stories on Monday, March 28, 2022.

“I want to thank everyone that stood by me throughout the incident between Lil Frosh and I. I will also like to state that the case between I and Lil Frosh has been withdrawn from the court and we are on good terms. Thank you,” she wrote.
The rapper also posted a letter from his lawyer on his Instagram page, informing everyone that the problem has been resolved.

“On 10th of February, 2021 a criminal charge was instituted against our client which has caused a change in our client’s trajectory. However, it has become imperative that we notify the public and well-wishers that the parties in the criminal suit have reconciled and charges brought against our client was withdrawn on the 14th March 2022,” part of the statement read.
Back in 2020, the rapper was publicly chastised by his girlfriend’s manager and brother, Michael, for beating his sister.
Okeoghene’s face was heavily bruised after she was allegedly beaten to a pulp by Michael, according to Michael.
His contract with his now-former record label, DMW, was terminated as a result of the complaint leveled against him.
The rapper was later remanded by the Lagos State Magistrate court in Yaba to the Ikoyi prison.
