The Okoye brothers have been outspoken about the upcoming elections in 2023.
Peter Okoye of the P-Square group, a well-known Nigerian singer, has urged Nigerians to vote out failing leaders and recover their nation.
The artist also said politicians don’t care about Nigerians using his verified Twitter account.
Everyone, Okoye said, should be sure to have their permanent voter cards.
He wrote, “Just look at the kind of people ruling our dear country, Nigeria! These politicians and failed leaders don’t rate us at all! Shame. Please go and collect your PVC; let’s retire them and take back our country! Enough is enough!”

Rudeboy, the stage name of Nigerian artist Paul Okoye, has voiced his displeasure with the manner many people are campaigning for their candidates in the next general elections.
This is in response to comments made by his fellow musician Olawale Olofooro, alias Brymo, who disqualified the Igbo tribe and its presidential candidate.
Okoye challenged Brymo to practice what he teaches since the 2023 general elections would pass, but his remarks will not be forgotten.
