The song will be available for streaming and download on March 15, 2023.

Chike and Oxlade’s collaboration on the remix explores the contradictory feelings that one experiences while wanting to advance in a romantic relationship even when doing so hinders the person’s personal growth. Along with communicating themes of passion, lust, romance, and seduction, the song’s images are enthralling.
The goal of the video’s production was to envelop the audience in a dreamy, trance-like feeling and take them somewhere completely else. Everyone who hears it will be deeply affected by the song’s emotional content and relatable power, which are complemented by the accompanying images.
Chike has established himself as one of the most recognizable voices in Nigeria’s R&B scene since his highly praised first album “Boo of the Booless” launched him into the public eye in 2020.
The song “Spell” is from his second album, “Brother’s Keeper,” which was released in 2022. Chike intends to continue establishing himself as one of the strongest voices in Nigerian music by making the remix his first release in 2023.
