Nengi Hampson, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has criticized several social media influencers for criticizing her suspected connection with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
On Thursday, September 1, 2022, the former beauty queen who is now a reality television celebrity announced this on her Twitter page.
“Wake up ooo. I say make I remind una. it’s a new day to drag NENGI .. you can’t be tired already .. where’s all dem PAID Twitter influencers? NO POST TODAY??,” she tweeted.
After a Twitter user claimed that the EFCC had taken the reality TV star’s Range Rover SUV, the reality star’s message was posted a few hours later.
The tweet, which has since gained popularity, claims that the SUV for the reality TV show was purchased with money from a fraudster who participated in a failed Ponzi scheme.
The SUV was confiscated after the fraudster was detained by the EFCC, according to a Twitter user.
It should be noted that Nengi revealed her purchase of the same SUV in July 2021.
Nengi displayed her brand-new white automobile on Instagram while appearing ecstatic about her recent purchase.
The 2018 Range Rover Velar, which according to numerous car dealers costs roughly N37M, is the reality TV star’s most recent vehicle.
She explained that she had purchased a new home earlier that year.
