Moghalu believes that computers are not too expensive for every Nigerian student to get one.

Prof Kingsley Moghalu, a presidential aspirant, says that if he becomes President of Nigeria, he will ensure that every student in federal institutions has a laptop computer.
He went on to declare that his administration will push state governments to give the device for students at state-owned institutions, citing the fact that laptop computers are not expensive.
Moghalu, the Young Progressives Party (YPP) presidential candidate in the 2019 general election, stated this in a Clubhouse chatroom on Friday, November 6, 2021.
He said, “If I’m president of Nigeria, there’s no student in a federal institution that will not have a laptop, we’ll encourage the states to do the same. It’s not that expensive.”
Former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) deputy governor also criticized the National Assembly for enabling President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to continue borrowing “like a drunken sailor.”
Moghalu expressed concern that future generations in Nigeria will be forced to pay for the massive debt generated by Buhari’s government.
