The entertainment industry and his admirers are grieving the unfortunate death of renowned Yoruba actor Prince Adewale Adeyemo.
After a short illness, the seasoned actor passed away in the early hours of May 22.
Kunle Afod, a fellow performer and close friend of the deceased, broke the sad news to the public.
Afod posted the devastating information and a moving picture of the deceased artist to his Instagram page. Afod wrote in his touching post, “Hmmmm God, you know best. RIP Prince Adewale Adeyemo. He passed away this morning after a brief illness. May God provide comfort to his family, friends, and colleagues during this trying time.”
This tragic incident occurred not long after the recent deaths of Saint Obi and Murphy Afolabi, two more important players in the Nollywood business.
The Yoruba film industry recently came together to honor the late Murphy Afolabi, who tragically passed away on May 14, 2023. Afolabi’s accomplishments and influence on the sector were heartfeltly remembered at the industry’s night of honor.
