A Portable and Tiwa Savage collaboration may be on the way, and we’re ready.
By Omotayo Olutekunbi
Portable, a controversial street-hop performer, has praised singer Tiwa Savage on social media.
Portable, who is renowned for his provocative behavior, took to Instagram to expose intimate conversations he had with the artist.
The ecstatic singer referred to Savage as “Mama Ika of Africa,” implying a possible partnership.
Tiwa Savage reacted to one of Portable’s messages with a voice note that sounded just like his infamous style: “Wahala, wahala, wahala.”
It’s unclear where the discussion is going; we can only hope it means the two will be working together soon.
This comes just days after the controversial musician encouraged his senior colleagues, Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido, to do more for emerging artists in the business.

Portable stated this during a conversation with Timi Agbaje, in which he urged his senior colleagues to assist in developing talents.
The artist also asked the Afrobeats veterans to assist him.
In his words, “Abeg make una help me, I still need help. You dey hear? Make una help me abeg. Make Wizkid Baba nla help me. You understand, no be to dey post cars, houses. Make them help people from the trenches. All those artiste dey wey sabi. Davido na baba, e don promise me, anyone wey pray for ur downfall go fall. After Davido na egbon Ogonna (Burna Boy) make dem help me, dem no carry me join body dey man rip me. Na him make me dey para. Dey say I wise, why I no go wise.”
Portable also explained why he engages in social media brawls and why winning the Grammy is his ultimate goal in the interview.
