Erica Nlewedim, a contestant on Big Brother Naija, has explained why she won’t rush into marriage.
The BBNaija actress clarified on Twitter that she will not hurry into marriage since she has the rest of her life to enjoy it.
Following the controversy surrounding her reality show co-star Chichi, who claims to be 23, the reality TV actress disclosed her age in the process.
According to Erica, males benefit from marriage since they don’t actually need to make many changes to their life.
She reacted to a tweep who questioned her over her impending nuptials, “I’m turning 27 this year it’s not you that’ll tell me my own age.”
She added, “Why rush? I have the rest of my life to be married. It’s favorable to the men cos they don’t really have to change much about their lives but a lot about the woman changes.”
Erica is a model and actress from London, England. After completing her film acting coursework at the Met Film School in London, she returned to Lagos. She took part in the BBNaija “Lockdown” edition.
