By Omotayo Olutekunbi
Young Jonn has produced a number of popular singles since making his debut under the renowned entertainment label Chocolate City Music, including “Dada,” which he remixed with Megastar Davido, “Normally,” and his most recent single, “Xtra Cool.”
Young Jonn, who has since joined the group of modern Afro-pop singers and artists in Nigeria, uses sonic pleasure to express his message. After the release of his most recent singles, he has kept his word to provide his fans who have devoted their time and attention to listening to his songs nothing but fantastic music.
The 6-track full-length record takes listeners on a musical trip, further highlighting Young Jonn’s musical prowess and desire to keep providing his fans with quality music. Three newly added tracks, such as “Xtra Cool,” “Sokoto,” and “If You Leave,” include additional superb performances.
The highs and lows of love are still being explored in this project. Young Jonn calls the song “Love Is Not Enough” a musical gospel.
