Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ has ruled the world since its debut. The tune has become the largest international Afrobeats hit in history, charting in various countries, garnering trophies, and receiving billions of streams.

Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ climbs one spot to No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100, extending his record as the highest-ranking African single in the chart’s history.

Since the release of the ‘Calm Down’ remix featuring Selena Gomez, the song has made huge gains, topping charts in India, North Africa, and the Middle East, earning Rema a spot in the Guinness Book of Records.

The tune shattered Wizkid’s record for the highest-charting African song, set with ‘Essence’ feat Tems & Justin Bieber, with his No. 6 entry. Rema has smashed his record while setting a new one with a remarkable top 5 finish.

The Nigerian superstar is now in India as part of his ‘Raves & Roses’ tour. With his tremendous steps, he has established himself as a superstar poised to take Afrobeats to new heights, and fans are eager to see how he continues to fly.
