Saga, a former housemate on the popular Nigerian reality TV program ‘Big Brother Naija,’ has changed his mind about his prior assertions that his engagement to fellow ex-housemate Nini was a prank.
Several admirers of the couple were taken aback by the news since many originally discounted Saga and Nini’s engagement as a hoax or PR gimmick. Nevertheless, it appears that Saga’s feelings for Nini were genuine all along and that his earlier remark was a ploy.
Saga claimed in a recent interview with Arise TV that he is not idle enough to propose only to make people laugh. He revealed that he proposed to Nini in December after a promotional engagement with a wine business.
He also asked his followers, admirers, and Nigerians, in general, to respect his fiancée and him so that they may live their lives privately.
The video of Saga proposing to Nini went viral a few weeks ago. Supporters of the two rejoiced as Nini said yes to other ex-housemate Biggie. In an unexpected turn of events, Saga confessed that the engagement is fake.
He revealed this in a radio broadcast when he revealed that the viral proposal video with Nini was a farce from December 2022. He, too, was astonished to learn that the film had been disclosed to the public.
