Banky was sure to emphasize that the deal was just for an influencer campaign for one of the corporate businesses that EME works with.

Recently, the BBNaija star was trending because of claims that he had signed with EME.
The internet allegations claiming singer Banky W signed Whitemoney to Empire Mates Entertainment have been refuted in a video.
In a recent interview with Hot FM Lagos, he categorically rejected the accusations and stated that he did not sign the reality TV star.
According to the singer, EME changed its status from a record label to a media and marketing firm in 2017. He claimed to have just helped Whitemoney get an ambassadorial relationship with a company that it provides advisory services.
Banky was sure to emphasize that the deal was just for an influencer campaign for one of the corporate businesses that EME works with.
Remember that there were a lot of speculations going around a few weeks ago that Whitemoney had been signed as an artist to the Banky W-led EME record label as a consequence of a tweet Whitemoney had sent out.
"I didn't sign WhiteMoney"

Many people mistook the ambiguous nature of the caption for the musician being signed to the record company.
He tweeted saying, “Now that we are in good hands, let the music flow. EGWU & YOU BAD drops: 23/09/22 Are You Ready???”,
Whitemoney has released up to four singles since winning Big Brother Naija, with Egwu & You Bad being the most recent.
