‘Calm Down’ by Rema has maintained its supremacy atop the Billboard Afrobeats chart for an additional 39 weeks.

Since its debut, “Calm Down” has achieved enormous success on a global scale, dominating charts in North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia while also setting records in Europe and America.
Rema’s “Calm Down” extended its reign at the top of the Billboard Afrobeats chart to 39 weeks in the most recent edition (Week of June 3, 2023), continuing to break previous records.
As it enters its 25th week on the chart, Libianca’s “People” maintains its position at No. 2. Tems’ “Free Mind” continues at No. 3, Wizkid’s “Essence” remix featuring Tems and Justin Bieber stays at No. 4, and Ayra Starr’s “Rush” climbs one position to No. 5.
Victony’s “Soweto” remix featuring Rema and Don Toliver dips two spots to No. 7, while CKay’s “Love, Nwantiti” holds onto No. 8, and Burna Boy’s “Last Last” climbs one position to No. 6.
The ninth-ranked song, “Peru” by Fireboy featuring Ed Sheeran, stays there, while “Unavailable” by Davido featuring Musa Keys jumps three spots to the number-ten position.
About this week’s debuts, Asake’s “Amapiano” featuring Olamide debuts at No. 21, BNXN’s “Pray” debuts at No. 24, and Joeboy’s “Normally” featuring BNXN & Odumodu Blvck debuts at No. 31.
