MTN Nigeria has appointed Odunayo Sanya as Executive Secretary of MTN Foundation. She replaced Nonny Ugboma who held the office from January 2009 to March 2021.
Odunayo Sanya has worked in Nigeria’s education, finance, development, and telecommunications industries for almost two decades.
She attended the Lagos Business School and the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland, as well as Harvard Business School and Cornell University for executive training. She graduated from the University of Abuja with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Odunayo has over 16 years of experience in the MTN Group and has served on several committee in the organization.

She served as the General Manager, Planning & Customer Management, Senior manager, Customer Management, Senior Manager Billing Services among other positions in the company.
