Yahoo Boy No Laptop (YBNL) Records label head Olamide Baddo has announced the signing of a new artist to his roster who goes by the stage name of Senth Music.
By Omotayo Olutekunbi
Olamide made the announcement about Senth joining YBNL on Thursday, November 17, 2022, by showing a snippet of the artist’s debut single from the label. The song “Dagger” was published on November 17 and is accessible across all platforms.
In 2012, Olamide founded YBNL Records after severing ties with ID Cabasa’s “Coded Tunez.” Over the course of its 10 years in business, YBNL has developed into one of Nigeria’s top record companies.
Senth will join the list of artists that have signed with YBNL, which also includes Lil Kesh, Adekunle Gold, Fireboy DML, and Asake.
Superstar Fireboy DML, one of the most significant exports of Afrobeats, still calls the label home. He has recorded three albums under its imprint and released them all. Asake joined the label in 2021 and has since experienced an exceptional debut year.
