The musician said his message had nothing to do with being suicidal and he is unconcerned if it causes him to lose support from his fans.

The legendary musician 2Face Idibia from Nigeria has apologized to his wife, children, mother, and management in a surprising yet fascinating message for having caused them “embarrassment.”
The musician said in a lengthy message published on his Instagram profile on August 8, 2022, that he wasn’t seeking anyone’s compassion and that he was only putting the record right.
“Las Las 🙏🏾This is no stunt. I’m sorry for all the embarrassment I’ve caused my wife, my kids, my mother and all our families and my management team. I’m not looking for no sympathy I’m not trying to make myself look good. This is no reverse psychology bullshit,” he wrote.
“I simply just don’t want to be the one that always apologise. I’ve been a shity father and a shity husband and shity baby daddy. I have no excuses. I just want to do right by my wife, and my kids and their moms and my mom and all families and my manager and friends.”
The musician said his message had nothing to do with being suicidal and he is unconcerned if it causes him to lose support from his fans.
“I beg y’all to pls just face me and cancel me anyhow. I’ve been a star for so long that my bulletproof vest is worn-out. I’m not quitting or suicidal or giving up,” he added.
“I just want to go back to my default settings and denounce my role model status and make up lost time with my kids and give y’all music that will make u remember and understand why they call me 2BABA #GRATEFUL.”
The famous musician has already been seen in public supporting his wife and children.
But this is the first time he’ll publicly apologize to his family for the “wrongs” he’s committed against them.
The musician was involved in a terrible dilemma a few months ago, together with his wife, Annie.
The actress confronted her husband about his’suspicious’ connection with one of his baby mothers, Pero, in September 2021.
Additionally, she said that since their marriage, his family has not shown her any love or concern.
According to the mother of two, their ten-year marriage has been strained by her husband’s relatives.
The movie actor made threats of fire and brimstone in an audio recording that was released a few weeks later.
Later, 2Face issued a statement requesting privacy over his marital problems.
she issued an apology to the musician and his family on her Instagram page.
During one of the episodes of the Netflix original reality television series “Young, Famous and African,” the actress again brought up the music star’s previous romances, clearly still in anguish.
The actress claimed to have experienced a great deal of humiliation and embarrassment and would frequently wonder how 2face could make the same error repeatedly.
Isabella and Olivia, the couple’s kids, were born after Annie and 2Face’s May 2012 wedding.
