Rotimi, a Nigerian-American actor and musician, and his wife Vanessa Mdee have revealed that they are expecting their second child together.
Rotimi revealed that they are having a girl on his Instagram page to update friends and colleagues on the recent development. The talented singer is well-known for his role in the popular TV program Power.
The pair expressed their joy in an exclusive interview with People.
“We’re excited to announce that our baby girl is on the way. What a beautiful testament to GOD’s favor. We are overjoyed”, they said.
Fans and well-wishers have taken their time to write the pair heartfelt comments in the wake of the Instagram photo. Some people wish the lady good luck with the delivery, while others salivate at the prospect of the couple’s love.
After meeting at an Essence Festival afterparty in New Orleans, Rotimi and Mdee have been dating ever since. On December 30, 2020, they later exchanged vows in Atlanta.
They welcomed their first kid, Seven on September 28, 2022.
