This is not the first time the actress has denied her husband’s death rumors.

Legendary Nigerian actor Olu Jacobs is still alive.
This is according to a statement made by his wife, Joke Silva, via her Instagram Stories on August 29, 2022.
“Good day everyone, trust all is going well. The Jacobs clan would love to inform you that Pa J Olu Jacobs MFR is alive and doing well, enjoying himself as always in the comfort of his home and loved ones,” she wrote.
“To all those who have decided to our last warning regarding fake news, kindly prepare for legal actions. Signed house of Jacobs.”
This is not the first time the actress has denied her husband’s death rumors.
Recall that in 2021, the actress refuted the rumors and made it clear that the seasoned actor was in fact having a great supper at the time in an exclusive interview.
“Don’t mind them, they’re just talking rubbish; don’t disturb your head. He is in the living room right now about to have Eba and Ogbono soup. Let them keep deceiving themselves. He is hale and hearty”
The 80-year-old organized a party for friends, family, and coworkers earlier this year to celebrate his 80th birthday.
Due to his health issues, Jacobs has been out of the public spotlight for some time.
The actress disclosed that her spouse has been battling dementia in an interview with Chude Jideonwo.
“He is dealing with issues and it is been going on for a couple of years. It is known as dementia with Lewy body,” she said.
Actor and film executive Oludotun Baiyewu Jacobs, better known by his stage as Olu Jacobs, is from Nigeria.
He has acted in a number of foreign and British television programs.
One of the best and most well-liked African performers of his time, Jacobs has received a lot of praise.
