Florence Otedola, a generally recognized DJ and musician from Nigeria, has stated her desire to work as a backup vocalist for famed performer Asake.
DJ Cuppy recently highlighted her respect for Asake’s ability and her wish to collaborate with him in a post. She wrote, “Plix, can someone tell me how I can become one of the backup singers for @asakemusic?”

With the release of his renowned song “Omo Ope” in 2021, Asake—real name Ahmed Ololade—became well-known. Since then, he has published a number of additional popular songs. He is renowned for his distinctive style and commanding voice.
Asake rose to prominence in the music business in 2022 thanks to chart-topping songs and a record-breaking album. He is commonly referred to as Mr. Money with the Vibe and is presently a fan favorite.
DJ Cuppy, who is also a producer and songwriter, has previously worked with a number of well-known musicians. She has become one of Nigeria’s most well-known DJs and is recognized for her lively and catchy tracks.
The “Cuppy African Oxford Fund,” a scholarship fund for Africans, was just founded by her.
With the intention of aiding future African leaders by giving them the information, resources, and networks necessary to have the largest impact on Africa and beyond, she launched the fund on her Instagram page.
In the following 10 years, she added, she hoped to use education to empower people in realizing their full potential.
