Akinbiyi Abiola Popularly known as Bella Shmurda has been sued by One-word Global records limited for the infringement of its copyright.
According to the record label, the singer has gone forward in the release, publication, distribution, and promotion of songs and videos, among other things, which is in direct breach of contract without the consent, and authorization of the Label.
The Singer even went as far as announcing that he has been signed onto another record label, “Dangbana Republik”. while still signed to One Word Global records and his contract is expected to expire in 2022.
The Label also seeks the sum of N200 million for damages as a result of the Singer’s breach of the Contract.
