Annie Idibia, a Nollywood actress, responded to rumors that her husband, music legend 2Face Idibia, had an extramarital affair.
On Sunday, August 14, 2022, the mother of two said this in response to a press release from 2Face’s management over the supposed pregnancy claims. She did so via her Instagram Stories.
“As in na since 2014 this supposed banker dey carry belle ooo lol. Just can’t with malicious humans,” she wrote.
In order to refute the pregnancy rumors, Idibia’s management issued a press release.
“2BABA: PREGNANCY REPORT IS FAKE NEWS. It is understandable for fans, friends and concerned members of public to get curious and seek to know why @official2baba posted an apology to his wife, @annieidibia1, family and management a few days ago,” part of the statement read.
“Reports of him getting anyone pregnant are totally false and malicious and we urge well-meaning media platforms and members of the public to completely disregard such. It is fake news,” it appealed.
Recall that a few days ago, 2Face Idibia posted an intriguing article on his Instagram page.
The musician apologized for embarrassing his wife, children, family, and management in the message.
