Tonto Dikeh, a Nollywood actress, has responded to the petition brought by Instagram dancer Janemena.
On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, the movie actress pondered why the IG dancer was so eager to sue her while personally imploring her to salvage her marriage in a message published via her Instagram Stories.
“If I say your sex tape exist, I say it again and again child. You can’t be begging me behind the scene to save your marriage and begging to see me for an appointment to explain yourself and then come with a petition,” she wrote.
“Am as dumb as your boyfriend so I wouldn’t be releasing your sex tape nor your call a week ago. See you in court.”
Janemena had filed a petition against her through her attorneys, and Dikeh’s tweet appeared about an hour afterwards.
Janemena accused the actress of being vindictive over accusations that her sex tape was in the custody of Prince Kpokpogri, according to the petition.
She also ordered that Dikeh apologize publicly and pay N500 million in damages.
