Afrobeats singer Rema has reached a new height in the most recent edition of the UK official singles chart by breaking into the top 10.

Rema’s “Calm Down” climbed six positions from the 16th position it occupied the week before to achieve a new peak of NO. 10 on the chart for the period of November 12–November 24, 2022, extending its stay for a total of 12 weeks.
The single “Alone” by Burna Boy from the soundtrack to “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” debuted at position 32.
The song “Last Last” enters its 27th week on the chart at No. 48, moving up one position from its 49th position the previous week.
As his single “For My Hand” featuring Ed Sheeran plummeted from No. 26 last week to No. 65 this week, Burna Boy completes his hat trick in the charts.
Ayra Starr and Wizkid’s song “2 Sugar” debuted on the chart at position NO. 70.
This week’s Afrobeats UK Top 20 sees Burna Boy’s “Alone” debut at #1.
The No. 2 song is “2 Sugar” by Wizkid featuring Ayra Starr, the No. 3 song is “Wow” by Wizkid featuring Skepta and Naira Marley, and the No. 4 song is “Loading” by Tiwa Savage featuring Asake.
Rush by Ayra Starr slides to No. 5 while Terminator by Asake lowers to No. 6. Fireboy’s “Coming Back For You” rose seven positions from last week’s No. 14 to No. 7 this week. While “Cough” by Kizz Daniel and EMPIRE drops to No. 9, “Soweto” by Victony and Tempoe drops to No. 9.
This week also sees the debuts of “Anya Mmiri” by CKay at No. 14 and “Won Da Mo” by Mavin Records at No. 15.
