Nonso Amadi collaborates with Street-pop sensation Zinoleesky on a seamless blend that prepares fans for his upcoming debut album.
‘Lock Up’ is the sixth track to be released ahead of When It Blooms. Amadi expertly collaborates with internationally renowned compatriot Zinoleesky to deliver this danceable, uptempo collaboration.
Amadi digs deeper into the meaning behind the song, “the actual theme of the song is way edgier than most of my other songs as well. “Lock up” is Nigerian slang for “Shut up,” thus this is me being tough and telling a girl that I like her and am prepared to tell off anyone who gets in the way of a relationship.
