The popular show’s fourth season will star the Nigerian actor.

Ayoola Ayolola has joined the cast of the Christian television drama The Chosen.
The Skinny Girl in Transit actor will appear in an episode of the forthcoming fourth season of the popular American religious series.
Ayolola posted the wonderful news and a video of himself on set standing with Jonathan Roumie, who plays Jesus.
The Chosen is a film created, produced, and co-written by director Dallas Jenkins that recounts the life of Jesus Christ and the various people who met and followed him.
The series, which is mostly set in Judaea and Galilee in the first century, tackles Biblical events such as Jesus turning water into wine and curing someone at a pool.
This season is reportedly being shot in Goshen, Utah, and Camp Hoblitzelle in Midlothian, Texas. Season four will consist of eight episodes.
Season 4 of The Chosen is set to premiere in 2024.
