On November 28, Hollywood celebrity Lindsay Lohan confirmed her engagement to Bader Shammas.
The 35-year-old actress shared a series of images of the two of them beaming together on Instagram, including the first glimpse of Lohan’s engagement ring.
“My love. My life. My family. My future,” she captioned the post and added a diamond ring emoji at the end.
Shammas has worked as an assistant vice president of a major investment firm in Dubai, where Lohan has resided for the past seven years, according to The Independent. They had been dating for two years prior to the engagement.
This is Lohan’s second public appearance. Before they parted up in 2016, she was engaged to Russian billionaire Egor Tarabasov.
The Parent Trap, Herbie: Fully Loaded, Freaky Friday, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, and Mean Girls catapulted Lohan to stardom.
Her most recent film, Among the Shadows, was released in 2019. The actor has now concentrated on her singing career. She released “Back to Me,” the lead song off her upcoming third studio album, in April 2020.
Lohan announced her return to acting in May 2021 with a Christmas romantic comedy film on Netflix. The premiere date for the unnamed film has yet to be announced.
