With the release of ‘The Blood Covenant,’ a feature film confronting the ills of money rituals, Inkblot Productions, in cooperation with Filmone Entertainment, is prepared to begin off 2022 with a boom.
The film depicts the lives of Eddy, Jite, and Tunde, three ambitious young men in their late twenties attempting to make it in life, directed by Fiyin Gambo from a story written by Chiemaka Osagwu and Inkblot co-Founder Chinaza Onuzo.
Tired of being shunned, they start on a never-ending pursuit for the high life, seeking easy money, fast cars, and stardom, prepared to go to any length to achieve their goals.
Tobi Bakre, Shawn Faqua, and Uzor Arukwe, as well as Erica Nlewedim, Alexx Ekubo, Omowunmi Dada, Shalewa Ashafa, Chimezie Imo, and others, star in ‘The Blood Covenant.’
Director Fiyin Gambo, speaking about the film, said he couldn’t have wished for a better platform to produce such a significant picture.
Principal filming for the film, which was produced by Chinaza Onuzo and Zulumoke Oyibo, began in October 2021, with Maryann Eziekwe serving as co-producer.
The thriller will be released in theaters on April 15, 2022.
