Burna Boy, Ayra Starr & Oxlade Performs At Day 1 Of Afronation Portugal 

Nigerian celebrities delighted Afrobeats fans at Afronation Portugal.

As worldwide popularity for Afrobeats grows, the music reaches fans in many areas of the globe, and Nigerian celebrities perform at prestigious venues in these locations.

Afronation is a music event that connects African celebrities to live audiences in various locales.

The festival’s most recent trip was in Portugal, where Afrobeats luminaries such as Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, and Oxlade performed alongside Jamaica’s Popcaan, Ghana’s Camidoh, Malian-French sensation Aya Nakamura, and Cape Verdian star Soraia Ramos.

South African talents like Maphorisa, DBN Gogo, Tyler ICU, Pabi Cooper, and Daliwonga were featured on the bill, providing the Portugal fans with a thrilling Amapiano experience.

Burna Boy, who headlined the first day, delighted audiences with a variety of his great hits, including “Last Last,” “YE,” “Killin Dem,” and “For My Hand.”

Afronation is one of the performances that bring Nigerian music to various areas of the globe so that fans may connect with it. The performance has been held in several locations globally, most recently in Miami, Florida, and Lisbon, Portugal.

Afronation has stated that its first stop in Nigeria would be in 2023. On June 9, 2023, an announcement was made on social media.
