Nile Group, a newly established media entertainment corporation, has revealed in a statement that its management structure will be female-led. Nile Group’s female-led executive team consists of highly skilled professionals with a good reputation in their respective fields.
Each member brings a unique set of skills and experience, contributing to the strategic decision-making process and driving the company’s growth and success.
Biola Sokenu has been designated Group Executive Director of the Nile Group. Lolu Desalu is the Group Executive Director of Nile Group, and Nowekere Alexis Segun-Ojo has been appointed General Manager, Distribution & Marketing for Nile Entertainment.
According to the corporate release, Abimbola Craig has been made Vice President of Productions, while Bukky George-Taylor has been appointed Vice President of Luxury Entertainment at Nile X.
In a statement, Nile Group CEO Moses Babatope expressed his satisfaction with the company’s female-led executive team. “We are thrilled to have such a talented and diverse group of women leading our organisation. At Nile Group, we are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive environment,” he said.
The statement further read, “Appointing a female-led executive team reflects our dedication to empowering women in leadership roles and driving innovation through diverse perspectives. Their expertise and passion will drive our company forward and help us achieve our goals. We believe that by breaking barriers and embracing diversity, we can create a stronger and more successful business.”
With the announcement of the calibre of women, Nile Group is at the forefront of fostering diversity at the highest levels of leadership, motivating and empowering women at all levels of the organisation, and supporting them to reach their full potential and overcome any obstacles they may face.
