There will be a Nigerian Wakanda Forever premiere! Before the movie’s anticipated theatrical release, the premiere has been confirmed to take place in Lagos, according to Nigerian film distribution company FilmOne Entertainment.

According to recent reports, the premiere will be held in collaboration with the Walt Disney Company, FilmOne Entertainment, and the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF).

Wakanda will be threatened by new foes in the eagerly anticipated sequel, with Shuri (Letitia Wright) rumored to don the Black Panther suit.

Several beloved characters from the first film will make appearances in the sequel, which is expected to be yet another box-office hit.

Due to reports of minor stunt injuries on set and Covid-19, the production has been plagued by delays for more than a year.

After months of rumors surrounding the recasting of King T’Challa, who had been played by Chadwick Boseman and passed away the year before from cancer, production began around August 2020.

The sequel’s new trailer, which was released last month, confirmed that Wright will play the superhero even though Marvel has yet to make the new Black Panther official.
